The Opening And Closing Times For Polling Places

Polls open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Oregon is an elections-by-mail state. A voter is still able vote on Election Day at a local municipal clerk's office. All ballots have to be received by 8 p.m. Pacific time.

Am I Eligible To Vote in Oregon?

Can a person who has been convicted of a crime register to vote?
  • If otherwise qualified, any person can register to vote unless the person is currently serving a jail or prison sentence for a felony conviction.
