Presidential Primary Election - March 5,2024​

The Presidential nomination primary will be held on the first Tuesday in March in the year of the presidential election. MN ST § 207A.11

Primary Election - August 13,2024​

The state primary are held on the second Tuesday in August in each even-numbered year to select the nominees of the major political parties for partisan offices. MN ST § 204D.03

General Election - November 5,2024​

November General election is held the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month of November

All voters will have these races on their general election ballot:

  • U.S. President
  • U.S. Senator
  • U.S. Representative
  • State Representative
  • Judicial seats

Voters may also have one or more of these races on their ballot:

  • City Officers
  • School Board Members
  • Township Officers
  • Local ballot questions
