If you have an Arizona Driver’s License and/or an Arizona non-operating identification card issued by the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) you may register to vote through ServiceArizona EZ Voter Registration. You can use the online voter registration process to register to vote or make changes to an existing voter registration

By Mail
Voter registration forms are available online, or you can request that a voter registration form be mailed to you from your County Recorder. After completing the form, mail it to your County Recorder’s office. If returned by mail, the registration must be: (1) postmarked by the deadline and received by the County Recorder by 7: 00 p. m. on Election Day; or (2) dated on or before the deadline and received by the County Recorder no later than 5 days after the deadline.

Voter Registration Applications must be completed and returned in person 29 days prior to an election in order to be "registered to vote in that election. ". You may visit your County Recorder's office and fill out a registration form in person. The County Recorder will send you a confirmation of registration within 4-6 weeks. You must register at least 29 days before the election (or the next business day if that deadline falls on a holiday) to vote in that election.

Registration Status
Consider yourself registered when- and only when- you receive an acknowledgment from your county clerk. Never assume you are registered to vote until you have received this acknowledgment. The county will mail out proof of registration 4 - 6 weeks after the registration form is received.
