| July 6, 2026 | Voter Registration Deadline In Person: Voter Registration Applications must be completed and returned in person 29 days prior to an election in order to be "registered to vote in that election.". You may visit your County Recorder's office and fill out a registration form in person. The County Recorder will send you a confirmation of registration within 4-6 weeks. You must register at least 29 days before the election (or the next business day if that deadline falls on a holiday) to vote in that election.. |
| July 6, 2026 | Voter Registration Deadline By Mail, Fax or email attachment: Voter registration forms are available online, or you can request that a voter registration form be mailed to you from your County Recorder. After completing the form, mail it to your County Recorder’s office. If returned by mail, the registration must be: (1) postmarked by the deadline and received by the County Recorder by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day; or (2) dated on or before the deadline and received by the County Recorder no later than 5 days after the deadline.. |
