Absentee Ballot return deadline : Deadline for a voter to return a voted absentee ballot to the Department of Elections, New Castle County Office in Wilmington in order for it to be counted at 8 p.m. February 25,2017

November 7,2017 - Municipal General Election
November 6,2018 - General Election Day

The time for opening the polls for the purpose of conducting a primary election shall be seven o'clock in the morning and the time for closing the polls at such primary election shall be eight o'clock in the evening.
